VARIETY OF BALLET PERFORMANCES FOR KIDS IN MOSCOW

Many parents teach their children to appreciate beauty and we cannot but approve of such an approach. Moscow has a wealth of opportunities for this. As a rule, ballet performances for kids and teenagers are based on famous fairytales known to everyone.

The youngest spectators will adore the special children’s version of Swan Lake. Older kids will enjoy the world-famous Blue Bird and classical ballets based on other fairytales, and both children and their parents will have a lot of fun watching ballets such as The Nutcracker, a great Christmas treat, or The Thumbelina.

Many Moscow theatres give performances for kids. Actually, the Bolshoi Theatre specializes in 12+ shows, but it stages performances for younger spectators too.
